When is the rent due?

The rent is due on the 1^st day of the month. A late fee will be applied after the 5^th of the month.

What is the term of the rental lease?

Our rental lease is month to month.

Are utilities included in the rent?

No, All utility services are metered individually by outside companies and you will receive a bill from those companies.

What is the policy regarding PETS?

Pets are allowed, breed and size restrictions with paid pet deposit and monthly fees

I want to have satellite TV; can you remove the cable TV from my rent?

No, Cable TV is provided to every home and is part of the rent. If you choose satellite TV DO NOT MOUNT the dish to the house! You will be charged to repair the home if you do.

Can I make improvements to the home?

Any improvement or change to the home or lot will require WRITTEN approval from the landlord.

How do I get something repaired on my house?

Contact the Country View office and open a repair order. Our maintenance personnel must have a repair order to work on your house.

What do I have to do to get my deposit returned after I move out?

You must let the office know in writing a minimum of 30 days before you plan to leave. You must return the home clean and in good shape.

Can I transfer my deposit to my friend?

No. Your rental contract indicates that we received the deposit from you and we can only return the money to you.

Can I transfer my lease to my friend or brother or cousin?

No, we can only legally do business with the people listed on your contract.

What if I leave the country and my friend continues to pay the rent?

You have violated your lease and everyone living in the home will be asked to leave.

Do you offer RV parking?

No, we currently only provide mobile homes for rent.

Can I park my extra car in the yard?

No, Each home has parking space for only two vehicles. Parking in the yard or alley is prohibited.

Can I put up a satellite dish?

Yes, however satellite dishes MUST NOT be attached to the mobile home. You must provide an external pole to attach the dish to.

What is the size of my lot?

Most lots are 75 feet wide by 100 feet deep.
